What is Extreme Fitness Boot Camps?

The main goal of Extreme Fitness Boot Camps is to give you maximum fitness gains in the minimum amount of time and 'get you fit for anything life throws at you'. The sessions are held outdoors and are based on the training regimes of competitive athletes and strongman competitors and incorporate kettlebell training, odd object lifting, circuit-training, bodyweight-training and cardio conditioning as well as flexibility drills. We do things that really work– and cut out all the unnecessary 'fluff'!


All Extreme Fitness Boot Camps are coached by Bronek Wlodarczyk, a fitness professional and sports science graduate with over 20 years' experience.


Extreme Fitness Boot Camps last for four to six weeks and participants meet three or four times a week for an hour in two west London locations. You have a choice between a 7am session and a 7:30pm session on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday. We'll also organise a special Saturday late-morning 'Master Class' so that you can try something even more challenging and fun.
