• Extreme Fitness Boot Camp is NOT designed for everybody and you should have some more than basic level of fitness before joining our class. However, what really matters is your attitude! The sessions will dramatically improve and enhance your physical performance and have an immediate, positive impact on your wellbeing. You'll get stronger, lose body fat and increase your endurance and stamina. In other words, you'll look and feel better.
  • Your safety is paramount, so you'll never be asked to do more than you're capable of. However, we'll make sure that you are pushed to your limits in every session. Each workout will build on the previous one, so your body will be given the time it needs to adjust to the increased workload.
  • You'll also make new friends as you'll meet like-minded people who, just like you, want to perform well and feel good about themselves.
