<p>Hania improved her last month result by amazing 2 minutes and did everything in only 23min 32 sec.</p>
<p>Another massive improvement was Tahir, who could not complete the entire challenge in time last month and did it with 14 minutes spare this time.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><strong>Well done to all who attended the Extreme Fitness Challenge on Saturday.<br />

Right, the official results of our Extreme Fitness Challenge.<br />
First of all, special congratulations to all the new people who took this challenge. Some “old times” are still sore, so I suspect that all new guys have been hurting (euphemism for completely paralysed).</p>
<p>Surprisingly, everybody did very well. Since it was out first Challenge and I only managed to test it twice, and both times in the gym, I did not really know what to expect and assumed 60 min as our cut-off time. Since everybody was sooo good, I needed to move it forward to 45 min.</p>
<p>I think there were some minor attempts of “dirty play”, little cheating here and there and some noticeable inconsistencies with the standards we were supposed to adhere to, and some movements certainly looked a bit peculiar, there was some “fancy footwork”, strange skipping rope technique, etc.</p>
<p>However, overall, everybody tried very hard and we are all very proud of you.</p>
<p>Just like most though, Kevin came first, watched closely by Hania. I think next month we’ll put them in the same heat and see what happens then.</p>
<p>There were some allegations regarding Vara’s involvement in performance enhancement substances (that would explain her really high position) and clear lacks in skipping skills <img src='http://extremefitnessbootcamps.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_wink.gif' alt="icon wink Extreme Fitness Challenge 25/02/12" class='wp-smiley' title="Extreme Fitness Challenge 25/02/12" /> </p>
<p>Jolene – oh my, Jolene, what happened to this girl? She could not squat a few weeks ago – now she’s cranking 100 burpees as it’s a doddle. Weeell dooone girl! Even more Pippa &#8211; very good progress! Really good s**t Pippa! 3 more months girl, 3 more months!</p>
<p>John – he’s the man! What a transformation! I reckon sit-ups slowed him down. We’ll do better next time.</p>
<p>Leslie, I thought she’d do even better than that. Did she trip so many times at the first hurdle (run)? Maybe music not loud enough? Turn it UP next time!<br />
After the closer footage analysis and discussion,</p>
<p>Sean was cleared of all the allegations. There were some shortcomings, but they weren’t intentional, so his time stays as is. Good work!</p>
<p>Helle, Alli and Agnieszka – very close indeed! We’ll put you together next time, too, and see what happens!</p>
<p>Nora worked out in isolation. I think this solitude resulted in her best performance to date. 50 Burpees after the over 30 minutes of non-stop work! Great!</p>
<p>Andrew – man, you cannot disappear for 24 months! This is no good! Still, good effort, considering your “short” break and recent lack in regular gym work <img src='http://extremefitnessbootcamps.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt="icon smile Extreme Fitness Challenge 25/02/12" class='wp-smiley' title="Extreme Fitness Challenge 25/02/12" /> </p>
