I have been training with Bronek for over a year. I find his unconventional methods make an incredible contribution to my fitness in a way that improves my stamina, core body strength and overall body shape that no gym workout can ever achieve. A key element of his training is that it is tough and arduous but always executed with fun and good humour. I have been training in the gym for many years and started to become very unmotivated with my routines and therefore not getting the same results as I used to. I appreciate that he takes the time to remember everyone’s name and individual strengths and weaknesses. The exercises we do vary from week to week and the equipment used adds to the fun, as well as giving me a challenge. My fitness in all areas has greatly improved. Bronek’s Boot Camp is by the far the most exhilarating, tough, challenging AND fun fitness regime I have ever followed. The amazing thing is is that it covers all levels of fitness and works every bit of the body so you feel challenged but great after every single workout session. Bronek\'s Extreme Fitness Boot Camps give you 60 minutes of outdoor fun and fitness in the sun, rain, hail and snow! Each time he strives to make it better, more enjoyable and more interesting than the previous week. The training consists of various strength exercises, including kettlebell swings, sandbag squats and wheelbarrow running, to name but a few. You come away feeling really wide awake and fit for the weekend ahead!

Boot Camp is completely different to anything I’ve ever done. I never would have thought that I could flip over a 150kg tractor tyre – nor that I’d get fit by hitting tyres with a sledgehammer! It\'s so nice to be outside for a change. At first you think you won’t be able to perform some of the exercises, but somehow you do, and by the third session you can really feel the improvement.

I have been attending bootcamp with Bronek for almost a year now. It\'s a fantastic way to get fit, stay fit and get in shape. You are never bored, there is a lot of variety in the activities we get to do. Majority of the time they are fun! The circuit sessions are my favourite, great overall workout, also great for relieving built up frustration from your day (so long as the boxing bag, huge tyre and sledge hammer are included in circuit!) I have learnt to love Kettlebells, burpees, bear walks and planks. Instant results!!! My body is in the best shape it has been for a long time, I\'ve recently turned 30 and am very happy with my level of fitness, strength and appearance. I get a lot of compliments these days from friends and colleagues. Bronek is a great coach, he\'s very friendly, always teaches us the correct technique and tries to make the sessions as fun as humanly possible.

I was joining the British army and needed to get super fit for my trails. Bronek\'s group classes helped me meet all requirements for the fitness tests with ease. And It was uber fun doing it. Great motivation and Bronek is always up for a laugh. The most fun I ever had training, and I\'ve done my fair share of training.
